Show-Rate System

A show-rate system is the set of reminders, confirmations, and pre-call touches engineered to get the highest possible percentage of booked prospects to actually attend their call.

A show-rate system exists because the booking is only half the battle. Show rate is the percentage of booked prospects who actually attend — and a low one quietly wastes all the work and ad spend that produced the booking in the first place.

The system that fixes it is a deliberate stack of touches: an instant confirmation, well-timed reminders by email and text, and a pre-call message that reinforces value so the call feels worth keeping. It runs on automation inside the calendar flow, with no-show recovery catching the rest. Show rate is one of the highest-leverage numbers to improve in the Optimize Stage — a few points often changes the economics of the whole funnel. It first comes alive in the Accelerate stage, when real traffic starts filling the calendar.
