These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, funnels, pages, trainings, content, programs, products, coaching, consulting, communications, and services provided by Freedom Architect Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, submitting your information, booking a call, purchasing from us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Our Website and Services
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with the operation or security of our website
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without permission
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use our website or services in a way that harms our business, users, customers, or reputation
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, or terminate use of our website or services at our discretion.
2. Educational and Informational Purposes
Our content, trainings, resources, coaching, consulting, and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing we provide should be interpreted as legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, employment, medical, psychological, or professional advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making decisions that may affect your business, finances, legal obligations, or personal circumstances.
3. No Guaranteed Results
We may provide strategies, frameworks, templates, examples, coaching, consulting, training, and recommendations intended to help you improve your business, offer, funnel, marketing, sales process, systems, or client acquisition.
However, your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your experience, skills, effort, implementation, market conditions, offer, pricing, audience, sales ability, advertising performance, technology, financial resources, and business decisions.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed or accepted by both parties, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, income level, revenue, profit, number of clients, number of sales calls, conversion rate, return on ad spend, or business result.
4. Purchases and Payment
If you purchase a product, program, coaching package, consulting service, or other offer from us, you agree to pay all fees listed at the time of purchase or stated in your order form, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or enrollment agreement.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to products, services, coaching, calls, community access, materials, or support.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, order form, checkout page, or enrollment agreement, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Because our products and services may include immediate access to digital materials, training, templates, coaching, consulting, strategy, intellectual property, and/or limited-capacity support, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of use, failure to participate, failure to complete the program, failure to implement, or dissatisfaction based on results that depend on your own effort and business decisions.
If a specific written guarantee, risk reversal, or refund policy is included in your signed or accepted enrollment agreement, that specific agreement will control.
Cancellation of participation, access, calls, or services does not automatically cancel remaining payment obligations under a payment plan unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree to contact us at support@architectyourfreedom.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
If you initiate a chargeback for a valid purchase, we reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, agreements, login data, access records, communications, and usage information to the payment processor or financial institution.
We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any products, services, coaching, community, or support during a payment dispute.
7. Appointments, Calls, and No-Shows
If you book a call, appointment, consultation, or strategy session with us, you agree to provide accurate contact information and attend at the scheduled time.
We may send reminders by email, SMS, phone, calendar invitation, or other communication channels.
If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible using the provided rescheduling link or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse appointments for individuals who provide false information, repeatedly no-show, abuse our team, or are not a fit for our services.
8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, forms, calendar, application, checkout, or other consent mechanism, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Freedom Architect Academy.
Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, training access information, follow-up messages, customer support messages, application-related messages, and, if you separately opt in, promotional messages.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@architectyourfreedom.com.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. Email Communications
By submitting your email address, you agree that we may email you regarding your request, training access, appointment, application, purchase, account, service, or related offers.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. We may still send transactional, administrative, or service-related emails.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, trainings, scripts, templates, frameworks, worksheets, graphics, logos, branding, copy, systems, processes, and other intellectual property provided by us are owned by Freedom Architect Academy or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, share, upload, teach, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
If you purchase access to a program or product, you receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for your own personal or internal business use only.
11. User Submissions and Testimonials
If you submit comments, feedback, testimonials, reviews, screenshots, messages, survey responses, or other content to us, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, display, edit, and share that content for business, educational, promotional, or marketing purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts not to disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary or appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Architect Academy and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, data loss, reputational harm, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our website, products, services, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Architect Academy, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our website, products, services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

Our website, content, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific results, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
