Positioning
Positioning is how you make your expertise stand out as the obvious choice for a specific client and problem, so you compete on value instead of price.
Positioning is the foundation of everything else. When you are positioned well, the right prospect feels like you built your business specifically for them — which means price stops being the first question they ask. Strong positioning is the difference between being one more option and being the option. It is part of the Engineer stage of the Freedom Architect Method, where you turn raw expertise into a premium offer.
