Application Funnel
An application funnel asks prospects to qualify themselves by answering a few questions before they can book — so the calls that land on your calendar are pre-screened and ready to buy.
An application funnel adds a deliberate step of friction before the booking page: a short set of questions a prospect must answer to request a call. That friction is the point — it filters out the unqualified and the merely curious, so the calls you actually take are with qualified leads.
The trade-off is fewer calls of much higher quality. Instead of a calendar full of tire-kickers, you talk to people who have named their problem, their budget, and their readiness in their own words. The application feeds straight into the calendar flow, and together they are how a funnel system protects the most valuable resource you have: your time on calls.
